Play Guitar - The Man Behind the Music Instruction: Ian Visser.

Ian Visser has been playing guitar for more than 21 years. He has played in various local bands and has been in professional music instruction for 10 years.
 
It took him two years to compile Play Guitar part-time, while teaching full-time. He explains his motivation for putting the CD together:
"Play Guitar was written with the idea of getting rid of working with books, videos, CDs and all kinds of media. Working with CD-Rom is much faster and allows quicker access to recordings and back-up tracks."
 
Ian also explains that there was not anything like Play Guitar on the market and that there was definitely a need for one music instruction application that combined the best of all mediums. He wanted to create a product that would provide guitar tuition that was easily accessible and fast to use. One of the great strengths of the CD is that the student is able to hear what something sounds like while he/she is trying to learn to play it.
 
Ian foresees creating a variety of music instruction products, covering bass, drums and a range of subtitle programs targeting different styles of music such as rock, jazz, blues, heavy metal, grunge etc.
